• Do I have to pay in full, in advance?

You will have to pay 50% once you have confirmed your design features on the artist’s proof. The balance is to be paid once your artwork is complete, prior to delivery.

• How long does it take to paint?

We aim to complete that artwork within 2-4 weeks, but please be aware that each piece is hand-painted and unique, so these times may vary.

• How do I pay?

You can securely purchase online using your credit/debit card, via Paypal.

Unique Design questions

• How many people can I have in the portrait?

Each artwork is hand-painted, so each subject will make the painting process around 75% longer. For that reason the second subject will be an additional (£) 30% and (£) 20% thereafter.

• Can I choose my own colour?

You can add any colour you please to the artwork.
We can colour-match to compliment the intended surroundings, just give us the brand and product name/code.

• Can you colour match paint?

You can add any colour you please to the artwork.
We can colour-match to compliment the intended surroundings, just give us the brand and product name/code.

• Can I choose my own size?

You can press here for our standard canvas sizes; you can pay extra for a bespoke canvas size to suite your needs. Please contact us with the dimensions.

Delivery information

• How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to UK mainland; please contact us for a quote for UK non-mainland.

• How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually 2-3 working days, but this time may vary.

• Do you deliver overseas?

Please contact us for international delivery prices.

• Do you have a cancellation policy?

There will be no charge if a customer cancels before any work has begun.
If the artist has started, or completed the artwork at the point of cancellation, half of the 50% deposit will be refunded; the remainder will cover any costs accrued.
If the customer has paid the balance and has cancelled before the artwork has been delivered, the whole 50% will be kept to cover costs accrued including delivery charges.
